RPG
Rules
Of course the General Rules also apply to the RPG section.
What is a RPG?
"A role-playing game (RPG) is a game in which each participant assumes the role of a character, generally in a fantasy or science fiction setting, that can interact within the game's imaginary world."
What do OOC, RT and PT mean?
OOC means Out Of Character. A term used in roleplay when a person wants to step outside of their character for a minute and speak as themselves. The OOC sections are just for talking and discussing about the RPG.
RT means Role Thread or Role Topic. In this section you can join RPGs and make your role in that RPG.
PT means Play Thread or Play Topic. In this section you can play your RPGs.
How do you start a RPG?
When you have an idea or a half idea you can always check the RPG ideas section and post your idea there to check if people are interested or let people help you make your idea complete.
When you have your complete idea, you go to the right board - so if your RPG is Harry Potter you go to the Harry Potter board etc. If there isn't a category for your RPG yet, message me and I'll make it for your. The new categories don't have to be fandoms, i can also make a crossover board or whatever you want.
When you are on the right board you post a post on the RT - Role Topic - board. Make sure to add RT in the thread's name, also add a short description of your RPG idea, add a little list for people to fill in when they make there roles and the amount and what kind of roles you want.
When everyone has filled in there roles you can move to the PT - Play Topic - section and there you can start your RPG. Please also add PT in the title.
You can choose to make a chat topic - OOC - for your RPG so you don't have all the spam in your Play Topic. If you do so please add OOC in the title.
- Still working on this, if you have any additions, please let me know -
